Conquer Divide Announce New Album, Share ‘welcome2paradise’ Video

Conquer Divide have announced their new album ‘Slow Burn’, and shared the video for eco-conscious track ‘welcome2paradise’.

The five-piece, with members from US, UK and Canada, will release their forthcoming record on 8 September via Mascot Records.

Check out the band’s new video for single ‘welcome2paradise’.

With the video set in the desert, it arrives with an eco-conscious message.

Guitarist Kristen Sturgis has explained she lives on the Great Lakes region near a 70-year-old pipeline which, if a spillage occurs, could massively impact not just the local environment but major cities.

Sturgis has said: “It’s sad that humans don’t care about our environment. I was especially inspired by a situation close to my heart.”

“Right now, there’s just one small local organization trying to draw attention to it, but if I can do anything with this song release, it would be to shine a spotlight on something I care so much about.”

‘welcome2paradise’ follows the release of ‘Atonement’ and ‘Paralyzed’, both of which are also taken from the new album.
