ArcTanGent Festival has announced Karnivool as its Friday main stage headliner for next year’s event, with Rolo Tomassi, Between the Buried and Me and The Fall of Troy also set to play across the weekend.

The first announcement for the 2025 event comes with a few exciting exclusives too, with Washington legends Melvins making their only UK festival appearance of the year, Between the Buried And Me performing 2007 album ‘Colours’ in full, and The Fall Of Troy playing 2005’s ‘Doppelganger’ in full.
Headlining the festival’s main stage, Australian progressive metal band Karnivool will make their debut ArcTanGent appearance as their only UK show of 2025.
Speaking on the announcement, the band have shared:
“How good is music? It thrills us from our collective hearts, excited to be circling the round, round globe just to play this one show with some amazing acts and friends, ArcTanGent see you there! How good is music?”
Taking place near Bristol between August 13 and 16, tickets for ArcTanGent Festival 2025 are available now via their official site.

Festival booker and organiser James Scarlett has shared his excitement about the first announcement, saying:
“We go again! We’ve already got some huge reunions in the form of Kylesa, Adebisi Shank and Vessels, plus some legendary albums in full from The Fall Of Troy, We Lost The Sea and Between The Buried And Me. We’re also delighted to welcome Melvins and our Friday headliners, Karnivool, to their first ever ATG. We’re starting as we mean to go on – ArcTanGent 2025 is going to be ridiculous!”
