Acres have dropped explosive new single ‘Welcome To The Family’.
Taken form the extended edition of the band’s recent album ‘The Host’, it follows the release of their collaboration with The Plot In You's Landon Tewers on ‘Push Me Away’.
Speaking on ‘Welcome To The Family’, the band have shared:
“Welcome To The Family is about how bi polar and mental health issues run in my family and how they have been passed down, from generation to generation. For a long time I didn’t understand why my family would want to have children knowing this and it’s written within that mindset. I felt it fit perfectly with “the host,” carrying something with you so insidious without being given a choice always seemed unfair.”
