Against The Current are celebrating a decade and a half of their ascent with six very special shows on both sides of Atlantic.
The announcement comes in the form of a video that takes you through the band’s whole journey in quick time. From collaborating with Alex Goot and covering everyone from Taylor Swift to The 1975, through to the ‘Gravity’ EP and ‘In Our Bones’, all the way up to ‘Past Lives’ and ‘fever’, it has been quite the adventure. There is also a lot of music to cover in that time, too.
Vocalist Chrissy Costanza had this to say, stating, “It’s wild to even say it out loud, but it’s been 15 years of Against The Current. We wanted to celebrate in the kinds of rooms we had some of those first surreal moments in, reliving it with the fans who were there and the ones who may have found us later. This band changed our lives, and we’re so grateful to everyone who’s been with us through it all. This has been the longest gap without an ATC show in our career and we can’t wait to be back together with everyone.”
So, the band will play six shows for this celebration. The dates can be found below.
