Bodysnatcher have shared the details of their latest addition to their debauched discography, titled ‘Hell Is Here, Hell Is Home’.

The record will be released on April 10 via MNRK Heavy. It serves as the follow-up to 2024’s ‘Vile Conduct’ EP, and the band’s first full-length since 2022’s ‘Bleed – Abide’.
The band had this to say about the announcement, saying, “We’re extremely excited to finally start sharing this album with everyone. We think it’s the band’s strongest work. We finally accomplished the sound we’ve been aiming for from the start.”
The artwork is nasty and looks like this:

Guitarist Kyle Carter explained more about the actual making the record, admitting, “I won’t lie. This was a hard album to put together. Every writing session was met with dead ends for months, but we were able to come out the other side with 15 demos and ended with 10 of the best songs we’ve ever made. The album is based around revenge and not bending over for people.
I hope others can hear these songs and come to the same realizations we have while putting this together. Life is too short to let people walk on you or take advantage of you. Humans are monsters who betray, abuse, neglect, murder, and sometimes it feels like we’re too comfortable in the Hell that we’re in.”
The band have also shared the opening song ‘The Maker’, and what a curtain raiser it is. A truly evil piece of deathcore majesty, leaning more on the death side of things, it is unforgiving, unrelenting and unbelievably heavy. Like a cinderblock to the temple, it is everything that makes Bodysnatcher such a formidable part of modern extreme music, and a sign that what they have forged here is going to be something special indeed.
Bassist Kyle Shope had this to say about the track:
“‘The Maker‘ is a raw, visceral song. Bodysnatcher has always been known for unrelenting heaviness but ‘The Maker‘ seems to be an even darker, more intense direction. Revenge and retaliation are themes we often use in our lyrics, however ‘The Maker‘ is a more direct approach. This song is as heavy as we could make it, and I know the energy is going to be electric when it is played live.”

You can also hear ‘Blade Between The Teeth’ right now as well, another unreal offering.
Bodysnatcher will return to the UK and Europe later this year with Ingested and Big Ass Truck. Here are the dates.
