Busted Team Up With Simple Plan For ‘Loser Kid 2.0’

The original version of the track was featured on the band’s 2002 debut album.

Busted have released a new version of one of their classic tracks with some very special pop punk guests.

The band have dropped ‘Loser Kid 2.0’, a new take on the closing track of their self-titled 2002 debut album, this time featuring Simple Plan.

Check it out below:

On the new song, Matt Willlis said “Loser Kid has always been a favourite track of mine. It was the end of the first album and summed up that record. ‘Wore my sisters jeans’ is also a standout lyric from that time for me too. Still makes me laugh!”

James Bourne also added “Loser Kid was always the sequel to our first single ‘What I Go To School For’.  The second song in a 2 part story.

Busted will be releasing a new greatest hits collection later this year full of special guests appearing on similarly reimagined versions of their hits. Neck Deep's Ben Barlow, All Time Low and McFly are some of the names involved in the project.

They also have a huge arena tour lined up for September and October. Get dates and details here.
