Lindsey Sitrling has released a video for her stunning new version of her track ‘Eye Of The Untold Her’, which sees her join forces with Chrissy Contanza in the most wondrous of ways.
‘Eye Of The Untold Her (Echo In The Dark)’ is its new title and is a fantastical example of worldbuilding through music. Bolstered by Lindsey’s emotional violin playing, the only thing heard on the original track, Chrissy comes into the fold and allows her voice to ebb and flow through the weeds, culminating in a euphoric burst of light at the dramatic conclusion. It’s a song rooted in ancient storytelling, of knights on quests and fairies guiding their way, which suits Chrissy and Lindsey perfectly, and the result is as spellbinding as it is sensational.
It’s also a prime example of why both artists are at the top of their game, still finding new ways to push themselves and show exactly what they are made of.
And the video is drama personified. A wickedly adventurous addition to the track, that you can check out below.
The song appears on the deluxe version of Lindsey’s 2024 album ‘Duality’, which was released late last year. The record also saw her collaborate with Royal & The Serpent on ‘Inner Gold’, which sounds a lot like this.
