Dead Pony Unleash Scorching New Track ‘Eat My Dust!’

Dead Pony are back, and they are not messing about based on how hard their new single ‘East My Dust’ goes.

A red hot, raucous and unrelenting piece of modern British rock, brimming with sensational melodies and riffs so razor-sharp they could draw blood, it’s a prime example of how the band refuse to stick to whatever convention you want to place on them. Instead, they are kicking off 2026 with a suckerpunch to end all suckerpunches, and it sets things up very nicely for whatever mayhem is to come.

Guitarist Blair Crichton had this to say about the song’s sentiment, saying that it is, “written about moving on from negative things in your past, bettering yourself and letting the haters choke on your dust cloud as you pass them. We had fun leaning into heavier influences on this song, the drums and guitar have a metalcore vibe to them which is something we want to explore more in the future.

We’ve been through quite a transformational period over the last year and this felt like the perfect mission statement to come out with after some time away from releasing music.

It’s the first new track from the band since ‘Everything Burns’, a standalone release that followed the 2024 full-length ‘IGNORE THIS’. Here it is.

Dead Pony are scheduled to play Slam Dunk this Summer. Taking place on May 23 at Hatfield House, Hatfield and on May 24 at Temple Newsam Park, Leeds. Rubbing shoulders with Good Charlotte, Taking Back Sunday, State Champs and Dashboard Confessional, to name a few, it’s going to be a classic. Grab your tickets from right here.

They are also part of the line-up for Twenty One Pilots’ massive All Points East show on August 30. They will also be joined by Wunderhorse, Ren, BBNO$, PVRIS, Nova Twins, Kid Kapachi, and LEAP. Tickets are available right now from right here.
