Don Broco Announce New Album ‘Nightmare Tripping’, Collab With Nickelback On Title Track

Don Broco have shared details of their highly anticipated new album ‘Nightmare Tripping’ and revealed they have enlisted a legendary band for the title track.

The album itself will be released on March 27 via Fearless Records. It’s the follow-up to the band’s 2021 album ‘Amazing Things’.

The artwork looks like this, and it is, expectedly, nightmare fuel:

It will feature previously released singles ‘Hype Man', ‘ Euphoria', ‘Cellophane' and ‘Disappear'. But most importantly, it will feature the newly released title track, featuring a guest appearance from Chad Kroeger and Ryan Peake of Nickelback.

The song itself is as brutal and brilliantly unhinged as modern-day Broco goes. Frantically heavy, sporadically melodic and dripping in drama and decadence, the addition of Chad’s iconic croons and Ryab’s deep tones against Rob Damiani’s spritely howls is an inspired move.

It’s everything it should be and nothing you would ever expect. Plus the video is going to have your head spinning.

The band had this to say about the track:

“’Nightmare Tripping’ is the uncertainty between dreams and reality. When the paralysis demon holding you down forces you to confront what you’ve tried to escape by going to sleep, blurring the boundaries of consciousness. In total contrast to that terror, collaborating on the song with Nickelback was a dream come true. Chad and Ryan were incredible to team up with, and shooting the video in a burnt-out LA haunted house was an experience we’ll never forget.”
