Dropkick Murphys and Haywire are showing what friendship really means with the announcement of an incredibly cool split LP.
‘New England Forever’ will only be available to pick up on the Dropkick Murphys’ upcoming ‘For The People… In The Pit’ Tour, which will be making its way across the US between February 09 and March 17. Haywire will be supporting on those dates too, alongside The Aggrolites.
The Murphys and Haywire first became close whilst travelling across Europe late last year, which is where the idea for this release originated. Made up of three new tracks from each band and a cover of the other band, it’s a collaboration that harks back to the way hardcore used to be.
The tracklisting looks like this:
Side A (Dropkick Murphys):
01. Citizen I.C.E. (feat. Haywire)
02. Only The Strong
03. Solidarity
04. Always By My Side (Haywire song)
Side B (Haywire):
01. New England Forever (feat. Dropkick Murphys)
02. Hang Up The Telephone
03. The Henchmen
04. The Boys Are Back (Dropkick Murphys song)
