Fall Out Boy Release Vinyl Filled With The Band’s Tears

Fall Out Boy have taken emo to a whole new level, releasing a vinyl that includes the actual tears of the bandmembers.

Through the company CRYNYL, the band today (May 01) dropped just 50 copies of their recent, brilliant album ‘So Much (For) Stardust’, filled with real tears for “maximum emotional fidelity”.

As the company explain, “MUSIC IS MORE THAN JUST SOUND WAVES. IT’S PASSION, STRUGGLE, AND EMOTION. THAT’S WHY WE DEVELOPED A NEW KIND OF RECORD: ONE THAT CONTAINS THE ARTISTS’ ACTUAL TEARS. WHEN YOU LISTEN TO A CRYNYL RELEASE, YOU’RE NOT JUST LISTENING TO WHAT THE ARTIST PLAYED, YOU’RE FEELING WHAT THEY FELT.”

FOB’s CRYNYL sold out instantly but was retailing at $99.99 and included one double-sided, tear-filled LP, packaged inside a gatefold box with an actual tissue dispenser.

But, if you missed out, the band have promised that they will be giving away some more copies very soon.

‘So Much (For) Stardust’ reached No.3 on the UK charts earlier this year, featuring the singles ‘Love From The Other Side’, ‘Heartbreak Feels So Good’ and ‘Hold Me Like A Grudge’. (Also, the absolute banger ‘What A Time To Be Alive’).

The band will return to the UK this October for a series of arena dates with support from PVRIS and nothing, nowhere.
