Free Throw Announce New Album ‘Moments Before The Wind’

Fresh off tour with The Wonder Years, Free Throw have revealed the details of their all-new full-length.

The record is set to be called ‘Moments Before The Wind’ and will be shared on March 27 via Wax Bodega.

Vocalist/guitarist Cody Castro had this to say about it, stating, “The record has this theme of liminality – not just as a place, but in your mind. It’s like being stuck in a doorframe or a long hallway that never ends.”

The artwork looks like this:

And the tracklisting like this:

01. Missing No.
02. Mike Nolan’s Long Weekend
03. For Those Who Come Home After
04. Floaroma Town
05. The Need For A Post-Credits Scene
06. The Outlaw Star
07. A Hero’s Grave
08. There Will Come Soft Rains
09. Deviancy
10. This Dollar General Store Ain’t Gonna Rob Itself
11. The Waters Of Life

The first piece of it is out right now, and that is ‘A Hero’s Grave’, a twinkly and tenacious piece of emotional outpouring, bolstered by Castro’s iconic croon and yelp. Delicate one moment, destructive the next, it’s a track that feels as cathartic as it does crushing.

The band will also be hitting the road for a big old tour across the US, with support from Macseal, Trsh, and Wakelee. Here they are.
