Good Charlotte Join Yellowcard For New Version Of ‘Bedroom Posters’

Yellowcard have hit up Good Charlotte for a new version of their brilliant track ‘Bedroom Posters’.

Originally appearing on the band’s 2025 album ‘Better Days’, it’s a song built on bittersweet nostalgia. Of realising how much has changed, both within your soul and in the places that you used to look to for comfort and solace. And considering how long both Yellowcard and Good Charlotte have been on the scene, it’s clear they have both experienced this feeling in their own way.

It’s why Joel Madden is such a perfect addition to the track. It’s not just a celebration of how far both bands have come, but also of the unspoken connection that comes with sentiments like this. No matter how different our paths are, our hearts always beat the same.

Ryan Key had this to say about the track and collaboration, stating, “The new single “Bedroom Posters” is for anyone who holds memories of their hometown near and dear. Have you ever come back to visit your hometown and felt crushed by all the memories that led up to the day you left? Have you ever felt like settling down somewhere meant giving up your dream? If so, “Bedroom Posters” is for you.”

“We all felt like ‘Bedroom Posters’ was a really special song when we were making the record. The power behind Joel’s vocals take it to an even more impactful place that can truly take you back to the bedroom where you fell in love with your favorite band for the first time.”

If that wasn’t enough, the pair have also revealed that they will be hitting the road together. Both bands will be heading over to Australia and New Zealand next month.

Joel had this to say about it:

“GC and Yellowcard finally have a song together, and it feels so right. I love this band and this song and I’m so happy we got the GCXYC collab. And now we are going on tour! This is our love language and I hope everyone that listens feels the love that both our bands have for each other, our fans, and for the music. I can’t wait for tour!”
