Honey Revenge have set out their intentions for 2026 with a new song bristling with fiery confidence.
It’s called ‘Hot Commodity’ and is a bass-heavy disco banger of the most neon-drenched variety. A track all about having belief in your own success and not letting anyone else take that away from you, it’s an example of the band at their most driven and decadent. It’s camp, insaitably catchy and a surefire sign that they are about to make some of the biggest strides of their journey so far.
Vocalist Devin Papadol had this to say about the tune, explaining, “A ‘hot commodity’ refers to an asset that is currently in high demand, extremely popular, or highly valuable. It signifies something that is heavily sought after, often selling out quickly or being in short supply. There will always be people that want to take credit for your success, or say they’ve believed in you ‘since the beginning.’ The world will constantly try to force you into its molds and expectations, but it’s vital to be your most authentic self.”
The track picks up where the duo left off in 2025, when they shared a duo of singles. Those were ‘Poison Apply Baby’ and ‘Risk’.
