First single ‘Horror Show’ is out right now.
After multiple EPs and a series of storming live shows, Manchester’s Hot Milk have finally unveiled the details of their upcoming debut album.
Entitled ‘A Call To The Void’, it will be released on August 25 via Music For Nations.
Plus, first single ‘Horror Show’ is available right now:
On the single, Han Mee said “To those on the outside of the lives that we lead, we may look odd, scary and different, so what?. In their eyes we may be damned, lost, rebellious, and less than. This song accepts that difference, embraces it and shoves it back in their faces. Built to be obnoxious and written to be purposely aggressive, Horror show combines our loves of drum n bass n dirty riffs. fuck it, where are who are like it or lump it.“
Recorded in their native Manchester, Los Angeles and Stockholm, the album sees vocalist Jim Shaw behind the production desk for the majority of the record’s 11 tracks. Other collaborators include Loveless frontman Julian Comeau who appears on the song ‘Amphetamine’.
