MAN WITH A MISSION Drop Raucous New Track ‘The Animals’

MAN WITH A MISSION have dropped a new track called ‘The Animals’, which is featured as the theme song for an upcoming Japanese film.

Following the release of their grooovy J-rock single ‘ONE’ earlier in the month, their latest track is all-out punk-rock chaos. With pounding drums and an anthemic chorus, ‘The Animals’ was written as the theme song for the Japanese film ‘Wara nimo Sugaru Kemono tachi’.

With the English title ‘BEASTS CLUTCHING AT STRAWS’, the film is set for release on September 25.

Speaking about its creation, vocalist Jean-Ken Johnny has said:

“It was truly an honour to be asked to write the theme song for this film. We drew all of our inspiration for The Animals directly from its story and characters, and while creating the song, it almost felt as if we were stepping into the role of storytellers ourselves. The film and song explore desire, inner conflict and the razor-thin line between good and evil, and we hope you’ll enjoy the ride together with The Animals.”

‘The Animals’ follows the release of ‘ONE’ a few weeks back, which was written as the official anthem for Japanese football team Cerezo Osaka.
