Mayday Parade have shared nostalgic single ‘One Day At A Time’, taken from their forthcoming new album ‘Sad’.
Currently celebrating 20 years of their band, the full-length is set for release on October 03.
Speaking on ‘One Day At A Time’, guitarist Brooks Betts has said:
“[It’s] a song about growing through life and getting better as you go. Correcting the past mistakes and understanding that life changes and evolves. It’s self reflection and knowing that no one is perfect.”
