Metallica Release New Track ‘Screaming Suicide’

Metallica have shared another piece of ’72 Seasons’, and it’s yet another smash.

If you weren’t already excited for the new Metallica album, then this will change the course for you.

The band have shared the second taste of their upcoming record ’72 Seasons’, their first full-length in seven years.

It’s called ‘Screaming Suicide’ and finds the band targeting the stigma of suicide in their own unique way.

Driving riffs and a direct attitude, it’s also a visceral and vital take on a subject that still needs as much attention and care as we can give it.

James Hetfield had this to say about it:

Screaming Suicide addresses the taboo word of suicide. The intention is to communicate about the darkness we feel inside. It’s ridiculous to think we should deny that we have these thoughts. At one point or another I believe most people have thought about it. To face it is to speak the unspoken. If it’s a human experience, we should be able to talk about it. You are not alone.
