mgk has debuted a new track whilst on tour in Australia that sees him stepping into the crushing world of nu-metal, with a little help from a legend of the genre.

The track itself is called ‘FIX UR FACE’ and was showcased for the first time at mgk’s show in Perth which took place last night (April 08), as part of his ‘lost americana’ world tour.
The track itself is as bouncy and belligerent as a song associated with nu-metal should be, but most specifically it feels like a Limp Bizkit banger in sound and stature.
That makes sense, considering that Colson called up the one and only Fred Durst to help him out on the track, and the result feels like both parties having all of the fun in the world.
mgk preceded the performance by stating, “I called up my friend Fred Durst. I said, ‘Sir, drop something on this’. What he dropped, the rest is history”.
He ain’t wrong.
You can check out some fan footage of the debut below.
mgk has apparantly been seen filming a music video for the track with fans during this world tour. Here is his recently released video for ‘lost americana’ track ‘goddamn’.
