Nova Twins have kicked off their new era in style with the epic single ‘Monsters’.
Recorded with producer Rich Costey (Foo Fighters, Deftones, Sam Fender, Muse), band members Amy and Georgia say the track “is about awakening to and understanding your mental health. Growing up, we often look outward, absorbing what life throws at us. Over time, the good and bad experiences start to settle. Before learning to navigate these feelings, you may face self-loathing, anxiety and a fear of who you’ve become. Confronting these emotions, breathing through them, and opening up to someone can help. Many people struggle with mental health, and this song aims to show vulnerability and let our audience know they’re not alone.”

The band will play a tiny show at the Omeara venue in London on February 24 as part of BRITs week in aid of Warchild. They are also on the lineup for Boomtown Festival which takes place this August.
We caught up with the band backstage at 2000trees Festival last summer to get some early details on their new album plans.
