Pale Waves have announced that they have parted ways with guitarist Huge Silvani after 11 years.
Hugo has been a part of the band since 2015 and played on all four of their albums, the latest being 2024’s ‘Smitten’. The last output released to feature his work is the band’s cover of The Cranberries’ 'Zombie’.
The band have shared this statement about the departure:
“Hey, everyone. It’s with sadness that we are announcing Hugo’s departure from Pale Waves. The last decade together has been filled with memories that will last a lifetime. We are forever grateful for Hugo’s role in this band and the music we have created together. Although we will miss him dearly, we wish him the best on his new adventures. With love, Ciara, Heather & Charlie xx”
The band have just been announced for BLUDFEST.
