Reclus.É, the new band from Daniel P. Carter and Tummyache’s Soren Bryce have set out their gauntlet with two releases at once.

The duo have shared their debut track in the form of ‘A Muted TV’, a tune that ebbs and flows between tensio-filled verses and a chorus that takes a chunk out of your neck with sharpened teeth. Sensationally balanced, thoughtfully composed and brimming with savage surprises, it showcases what is a unique sound from the get-go.
They have also shared a cover of Portishead’s classic track ‘Roads’, very much a looking into the influence and inspiration that sits at the core of the band. Adding a sense of powerful unease to proceedings, mixed in with layers of rippling beauty, it’s as much a tribute to a stunning piece of music as it is a statement of reinvention.
Two very different tracks, two very big forks in the road.
The duo are set to appear at the Manchester date Outbreak Fest and 2000trees as well as supporting A Perfect Circle later this week.
