Set for release on February 25 via the band’s own Not Sorry Mom Records, it will include previously released chaotic single ‘like heR’ and the freshly dropped ‘2 phoneS’.

Speaking on the release of ‘Hypernormal’, the band have shared:

“Beneath all the noise, ‘Hypernormal’ is our attempt at trying to feel real again. It’s our way of asking, ‘what does it mean to be human when everything around you is pretending to be?’. We’re trying to stay sane in a culture that is overexposed, exploitative, and performative. There is a focus on wanting to be seen and wanting to disappear, on rage and resignation. ‘Hypernormal’ isn’t a concept album—it’s what happens when you write music in a world that’s falling apart and everyone calls it content. We are all normies now. Kiss the frog.”

Speaking on the track, the band have shared:

“We have 2 arms, 2 ears, 2 legs, 2 eyes. As above, so below. ‘2 phones’ is duality; the Gemini, the fight between two different parts of yourself, yin and yang. You know, if you don’t try, then you can’t lose. That type of thing.”
