Spiritbox have teamed up with American electronic duo SLANDER for a propulsive new rock-dubstep track.
Titled ‘Under My Skin’, the collaboration has been more than three years in the making, and the result is a track that collides the ferocious energy of heavy dubstep with emotive bass and the enchanting vocals of Courtney LaPlante.
Opening with haunting acoustic guitar before exploding into something that feels blistering and ethereal all at once, it’s the kind of song that really needs to be heard to be believed.
Speaking on the tune, Spiritbox have said:
“The song has been stuck in my head ever since hearing the first demo. I’m really excited for the Slander fans to hear the final version, because they’ve been hearing the demo version at Slander shows for a long time now!”
On working with Spirtbox, SLANDER have said:
