Stand Atlantic have unveiled the latest taste of their new era with ‘FRENEMIES’, an explosive single tackling toxic friendships.
The freshly released track is taken from Stand Atlantic’s highly anticipated new album ‘WAS HERE’ – set for release on August 23 via Hopeless Records.
Featuring previously released collaboration with Polaris on 'CRIMINAL’ as well as singles 'WARZONE’, 'LOVE U ANYWAY’ and 'SEX ON THE BEACH’, the album also sees the band collaborate PVRIS' Lynn Gunn on ‘GIRL$’.

On ‘FRENEMIES’, vocalist Bonnie Fraser has shared:
“FRENEMIES is about rocky friendships and not knowing where you stand with someone.
“We’ve thrown it back a lil more in this track for the OG fans stylistically but in a fresh lil way.”
And on the forthcoming release of ‘WAS HERE’, Bonnie has said:
“I think that if I looked at this album, or any album and thought, ‘Yes, this is the definitive moment’, I think I would want to stop making music.
“Being in this band, or any artistic endeavour, is that you always strive for the next thing creatively and how to explore the next step. So, I don’t see this as the album to define our band; it’s just another aspect of our band. We were just trying to create and show another side of us, as we always fucking are.”
Stand Atlantic will tour the UK and EU this September, following the release of their new album.
