The Wonder Years Share New Single ‘Goddamnitall’, Mark ‘The Greatest Generation’ 10th Anniversary

The Wonder Years' classic album ‘The Greatest Generation’ is getting a limited-edition box set, which will arrive on September 08.

The band have also released new track ‘Goddamnitall’ as part of tenth anniversary celebrations of their critically acclaimed fourth studio album.

‘Goddamnitall’ might be a new release but the bare bones of it were found when the band searched through old hard-drives to see which tracks didn’t make the original cut for ‘The Greatest Generation’.

Speaking rather cryptically about the new track, vocalist Dan Campbell has said:

“GODDAMNITALL is a song that almost was, and then, for a long time, categorically was not, and now is.”

And now that it is, you can have a listen to the new tune via its video below.

In addition to the new track, the limited-edition box set of ‘The Greatest Generation’ will also arrive with a 32-page booklet of photos, stories from band members, and essays by Hanif Abdurraqib, Hannah Seidlitz, and Thomas Nassiff. The box set also includes rare demos and voice memos from the original recording session. Fans can pre-order here.
