They were playing ‘I’m A Mess’, the new collaboration that appears on the deluxe edition of Avril’s album ‘Love Sux’.
It’s a beautiful and sentimental track all about missing that one person that you need the most, and when performed live that sentiment shines through even brighter.
There’s a lovely connection between the trio that shows through in the way they play the track together, and it’s the sort of energy that is wholly infectious.
