Hayley Williams is currently out on the road across the US and Canada in support of her album ‘Ego Death At A Bachelorette Party’, and has been bringing out some very special guests for the show’s conclusions.
The last song of the night has ended up being ‘Parachute’, an emotional outpouring of devastating proportions that raises the ante to utter devastation.
In Atlanta, she was joined by Josh Scogin, of Norma Jean, The Chariot and ’68 fame, for a display that spoke to Hayley’s whole journey as a musician. And now in Toronto, she brought out Dallas Green, of Alexisonfire and City & Colour fame.
Hitting the stage during the song’s dizzying conclusion, Dallas pushes his voice to its most raw point whilst still sounding absolutely majestic. Melding perfectly with Hayley’s frenzied howls and stunning croons, it’s a combination for the ages. One that demonstrates just how deep the love and respect within this scene goes.
