Halsey welcomed a special guest to the stage on the latest night of her ‘Back To Badlands’ tour, taking on a Taking Back Sunday classic together.
In the middle of three nights at the Hammersmith Ballroom, and part of what is a bludgeoning setlist celebrating not just ‘Badlands’ but her whole career up till now, Adam Lazzara made an appearance during the encore.
The pair delivered a stirring version of the 2002 classic ‘Cute Without The ‘E’ (Cut From The Team)’, harmonising beautifully whilst also clearly starstruck to be in each other’s presence.
It’s a reminder that no matter how big our favourite bands and artists get, they are still those same kids discovering their favourite bands and realising that they aren’t alone in any of this.

Adam was not the only guest of the night, either, with CHVRCHES’ Lauren Mayberry joining the party for a version of the band’s track ‘The Mother We Share’.
