Yellowcard have teamed up with global children’s entertainment titan Blippi for a fresh version of their nostalgic track ‘Bedroom Posters’.
It’s the second collaboration the band has produced with Blippi, following the original composition ‘Go Go Go’.
Now, the pair have put a fresh spin on the band’s track, all about looking back on the way things used to be, but made it suitable for the younger generations looking for some inspiration. Rather than ripping down those bedroom posters, it’s now about looking at them and enjoying the aeroplanes and rollercoasters, excavators, dump trucks, trains, and cranes. It has become a carefree and curious song, one that reminds you of what it is to still be learning about everything the world has to offer and to relish the chance to explore it.

Vocalist Ryan Key had this to say about the track, stating, “My favorite part about this process was handing over an instrumental version of ‘Bedroom Posters’Â to the Blippi team and letting them completely re-write the lyrics. I had the idea that this feature could be perfect because of the concept of posters on kids’Â walls. I think they nailed it and this is hopefully going to inspire a generation of new little rockers!

“Music is one of my favorite ways to play and collaborate, so teaming up with my friends in Yellowcard was a blast! We turned ‘Bedroom Posters’Â into a version that kids and families can sing, dance, and laugh along with. I can’t wait for everyone to hear it!”

Yellowcard will be heading out across the US on the Up Up Down Down Tour, with support coming from New Found Glory and Plain White T’s. Those dates look like this:
