You Me At Six are dropping their new album ‘Truth Decay’ next month, and have shared another taste to get you through the festive season.
And, once again, they have smashed it.
It’s called ‘heartLESS’ and is an ethereal, emotional and entrancing piece of modern emo brilliance.
It’s an anthem in every sense of the word, and allows the band to flex their crushing rock muscles as much as their pop melodies.
Vocalist Josh Franceschi had this to say about it:
“heartLESS was a song we’ve been sitting on for years knowing it would always come out. It’s a song about feeling insecure and yet accepting of whatever may come. I wrote this song about someone close to me in the middle ground of a break up and falling in love.”
