Written and produced by Noah Sebastian with lead vocals from Poppy, it is taken from the upcoming ‘Concrete Forever’ project, an extension of their huge 2022 album ‘The Death Of Peace Of Mind’ which will act as the soundtrack of their ‘Concrete Jungle’ comic universe.

Listen to ‘V.A.N’ via the official music video below, directed by Poppy with Garrett Nicholson:

On writing the track, Noah said “That’s a song that started just with the hook ‘Violence against nature’, and then after saving the project with the acronym and seeing it we realized it could be fun to think of ‘VAN’ as a name. Thus the rabbit hole of ideas began that led us to decide to write lyrics from the perspective of an artificial intelligence gone rogue.”

Bad Omens just completed an arena tour of the UK, opening for Bring Me The Horizon. They will now kick off the European run of their ‘Concrete Forever’ tour with Poppy as support. Veeps will be streaming some of the German dates on January 28 and 29, get more info here and here.

The band won the Best International Artist Award as part of the 2023 Rock Sound Awards Issue. You can get your copy and poster pack now at SHOP.ROCKSOUND.TV.
