Banks Arcade have celebrated the release of their brand-new ‘Death 2’ EP by sharing the brilliantly frantic new video for their track ‘Roulette’.
The Melbourne metal boy band’s new EP arrives today via UNFD and weaves elements of hip-hop, hard rock, industrial, metal and more besides among just six tracks.
Embodying some of that sense of chaos, the new video for ‘Roulette’ sees band put their studio time to good use, causing general havoc – have a watch for yourself below.
As the band have said of this track in particular:
“Roulette explores the allure of a life chasing thrills
“It’s a conversation with the devil on your shoulder asking you to risk it all for the next rush.”
The new EP so far lives up to the billing of expressing “the the darkest side of Banks Arcade”, with the band previously saying of the project:
“It’s the heaviest this band will ever venture and it explores the most chaotic elements from the different genres we enjoy.
“With each song exploring death and disorder in a different way it paints a visceral picture that is symbolic of change and the shedding of the band’s previous self.”
