Arkansas band Census have dropped their brand-new EP ‘Everything Falls Apart’ – have a listen now.
The new project comes off the back of a momentous period for the band, following tour support for the likes of Stand Atlantic and With Confidence last year, as well as UK titans Sleep Token.
The band’s time with Stand Atlantic in fact arrived when the Aussie outfit had a last-minute cancellation from another supporting band, before calling Census with 24 hours notice to join.
The Census members subsequently quit their jobs, got in their grandparent’s RV and drove thousands of miles to go and support their favourite band on tour for five weeks.
Touring is also set to continue for Census early next year, with a co-headline run of ten dates across mid- and- east-USA to promote today’s release.
‘Everything Falls Apart’ contains the likes of prior singles ‘WHYAREYOUSTILTALKINGTOME’ and ‘to listen, to laugh’, as well as new tracks such as ‘Wannabe’ – a pop-punk anthem that dives into lead singer’s personal life and upbringing.
Listening to its relatable details and uplifting sound gives you an indication as to why the band have amassed some 50 millions views on TikTok and a combined 600,000-plus followers collectively on their social media.
