Lil Uzi Vert & Bring Me The Horizon Hit No.1 On Billboard Hard Rock Songs Chart

Lil Uzi Vert’s collaboration with Bring Me The Horizon, ‘Werewolf’, has just hit No.1 on Billboard’s Hot Hard Rock Songs Chart in the US.

Taken from their latest album ‘Pink Tape’, it is Lil Uzi Vert’s first appearance at the top of the chart. Meanwhile, this marks BMTH’s fourth time hitting the No.1 spot, with ‘Parasite Eve’, ‘Obey’ and ‘Teardrops’ all previously reaching the same position.

On working on the track, BMTH frontman Oli Sykes recently told Rolling Stone “I was super excited as well when they said they wanted this track to be on the album. I don’t know if we would have used it because it seemed like heavy Deftones influences on his track, almost to the point where I was like, “Should we release this? People are going to say something.” So when they said they wanted it, I was like, “Fuck yeah. It’s not for us. It’s not for our album. It’s fine.”

Lil Uzi Vert dominates the chart this week as their cover of System Of A Down's ‘Chop Suey!’ is at No.2 with ‘The End’, their collaboration with BABYMETAL, at No.3.

Bring Me The Horizon also previously collaborated with Lil Uzi Vert on ‘AmEN!’ alongside Glassjaw's Daryl Palumbo which was the opening track of their huge headline set at Download Festival earlier this summer.
