The Menzingers To Play Three ‘Rented World’ Tenth Anniversary Shows

The Menzingers are set to celebrate the tenth anniversary of their ‘Rented World’ album with a trio of shows, including in their adopted hometown of Philadelphia, and two nights in London.

The three shows will take place this winter, with one night in Philly (where the majority of the original ‘Rented World’ was written), and two nights at London’s The Underworld.

The latter location especially marks a particularly intimate venue for The Menzingers, who last played The Roundhouse and Electric Ballroom when they came to London.

Tickets will go on sale this Wednesday, April 24, for the night in Philadelphia’s TLA, and Friday, April 26 for the two dates in London.

The Menzingers will of course use the dates to pay homage to their accomplished fourth studio album, which arrived ten years from today (April 22) exactly and includes The Menzingers favourite ‘I Don’t Wanna Be An Asshole Anymore’.

The album was produced by Jonathan Low (whose credits also include The War on Drugs and The National) and released by the band’s longtime record label Epitaph.
