Wargasm Drop Video For New Single ‘Modern Love’

Wargasm have dropped the latest single from their forthcoming debut album ‘Venom’ – and it now has an incredible video to match.

‘Modern Love’ is an enthralling new tune that follows the release of lead single ‘Do It So Good’ and the Fred Durst-featuring ‘Bang Ya Head’.

Have a listen to the new track via its brand-new video below, which sees Wargasm’s Milkie Way and Sam Matlock performing live and in a distorted glitch screen video tunnel.

Speaking on the new track, Wargasm have said:

“Love is war. Modern love is war. We live in an age where we’re connected by wires and signals and satellites but we’ve never been further apart from each other. We live in a lonely period of time.

“‘Modern Love’ is our answer to the fragility and self-harming nature of love in the 21st century.

“This is our deranged love anthem. A true Britney moment with a Nine Inch Nails backbone running throughout, doused in Deftones inspired guitars. We’re all in love, until we’re not.”

Wargasm’s Matlock and Milkie Way recently revealed all aspects about the creation of their forthcoming LP, which has been long-awaited.

Talking about the album’s arrival, Milkie explained:

“I do not respond well to being rushed. In life generally, but also in the creative process,” laughs Milkie. “It’s been a long time coming for this and I don’t think any of these songs were written in one day.”

Sam added:

“Everything came together super organically, and I think you can hear that. When you rush people, you can take away the authenticity.”

‘Venom’ arrives October 27.

To celebrate its forthcoming release, we have teamed up with the band to bring you this exclusive t-shirt design.
