Watch: Green Day Debut New Single And Share Huge US Tour News At Las Vegas Show

During their intimate Las Vegas show last night, Green Day debuted new single ‘The American Dream Is Killing Me’ and unveiled news of their incredible 2024 US stadium tour lineup.

Ahead of their headline appearance at When We Were Young Festival, the pop-punk legends took to the stage at the 1,000-capacity Fremont Country Club.

The band performed their classic 1994 album ‘Dookie’ in its entirety before debuting their upcoming single, ‘The American Dream Is Killing Me’.

Introducing the track as, “the first song off our new album”, frontman Billie Joe Armstrong also announced that Green Day will tour the US in 2024 with The Smashing Pumpkins, Rancid and The Linda Lindas.

Kickstarting a second set of hits spanning the band’s career, the release date of their new single was later confirmed as October 24th, with flyers handed out to fans and the band hanging a makeshift banner from the side of the Las Vegas venue.
