Green Day saw in the New Year by covering a whole load of classics at their alter-egos The Coverups.
Green Day are set to have a fascinating 2023, and they made sure to see 2022 out in their own unique style.
The band hit up The Viper Room, the legendary venue in West Hollywood, for a New Year’s Eve treat.
Streamed live to their Instagram, they took to the stage for two sets as their alter-egos The Coverups, and performed a whole load of classic rock, punk and soul tunes.
From David Bowie to Nirvana, The Ramones to The Cure, The Heartbreakers to The Misfits, it was a varied and vibrant display from the boys.
