Bloodstock has announced a further eleven acts to its 2024 bill, following the recently announced Architects and Amon Amarth headline slots.
Bloodstock 2024 is set to take place from August 8-11, 2024, at Catton Park in Derbyshire and will be a heavy metal feast.
It will also feature Opeth as headliners, as well as plenty of other names.
And now it’s added a whole load of new acts to its lineup, which organisers have billed as ‘Bloodstock’s 11 Bands of Christmas’ – in case you needed another reason to get you or someone else a Bloodstock ticket for Christmas.
New additions include extreme metal band Carcass, for Sunday’s special guest slot; heavy metal act Sylosis; Norwegian black metallers Satyricon; and American goth metal project Ludovico Technique.

Speaking about Satyricon’s addition to the lineup and the band’s relationship with playing over in the UK, frontman Satyr has said:
“The way Satyricon’s attitude has resonated with English fans throughout our journey as a band, has made us feel that playing there isn’t so much a visit, but rather a homecoming.
“Having decided to do only a few select shows, we can’t go everywhere, but fortunately there are a few places our hearts seem to take us, one way or the other. Like England.”
