Demi Lovato performed rock versions of some of her biggest hits at the MTV Video Music Awards in New Jersey last night (September 12).
Demi is set to release her new album ‘Revamped’ on September 15 which sees her rework her classic singles with a heavier sound. It will also feature collaborations with Slash, The Maine and The Used frontman Bert McCracken.
At the VMAs, Demi showcased some of the tracks from the record, performing a medley of ‘Heart Attack’, ‘Sorry Not Sorry’ and ‘Cool For The Summer’.

On the inspiration for the new album, Lovato previously said “With ‘REVAMPED’, I wanted to pay homage to the songs that resonated the most with fans and played a big role in my career by breathing an exciting new life into them.
“Creating this project has been incredibly fun and allowed me to express my passion for rock music in a new way, and I feel so much closer to my older music because of it. I can’t wait for everyone to hear more.”
