Heriot have dropped their first release of 2024, with the heavy new track ‘Siege Lord’ out now.
Recorded with Sylosis and ex-Architects guitarist Josh Middleton, as well as supremo producer Will Putney (of Fit For An Autopsy, Better Lovers and END), the track is an almighty way to kickstart the band’s release slate for the year.
It follows the release of their single ‘Soul Chasm’ last year, which marked their first under their new label Century Media.
“‘Siege Lord’ is a track we feel expands on our previous releases, leaning heavily into the more metallic elements of our sound.
“It’s a visceral yet atmospheric track. Lyrically, ‘Siege Lord’ contemplates the fragility of soul searching.”

Last year, Heriot supported Architects on the road, and have another packed run of live shows later this year, with support for Fit For An Autopsy, Sylosis and Darkest Hour on the horizon too.
