Listen To This Wild Life’s Feature-Heavy New Album ‘Never Fade’

This Wild Life have taken a collaborative approach for their sixth studio album, ‘Never Fade’, which sees a guest feature on each one of its eight tracks.

The project, which dropped Friday, June 23, involves the likes of Magnolia Park, Yellowcard’s Willliam Ryan Key and I Prevail’s Brian Burkheiser.

‘Never Fade’ might be the acoustic rock duo’s sixth studio album, but it marks their second independent release, following in the footsteps of their 2021 record Ever Blossom

Oliver Baxxter of pop-punk band Broadside and Aaron Marsh from Florida band Copeland are also among the list of featured artists involved in the project.

The resultant LP makes for a blissful listen which still holds plenty of emotional weight.

As Kevin Jordan, one half of This Wild Life, has rightly said: “We assembled the Emo Avengers for this one with a special guest vocalist on all 8 tracks. No love songs this time around, all heartbreakers.”

Jordan makes up This Wild Life along with guitarist Anthony Del Grosso.

To coincide with the record’s release, the pair shared a simple music video for ‘Proximity’, which features Dayseeker’s Rory Rodriguez on vocals and is performed in front of a backdrop that reflects the album’s simple, floral aesthetic. Have a listen below.
