Machine Gun Kelly has teamed up with fellow Ohio artist Trippie Redd to release a new joint venture ‘genre : sadboy’.
The ten-track emo-rap project combines the hard-hitting lyricism of MGK with the emotive cries of Trippie Redd.
It was first teased heavily by the release of a 17-minute documentary of the pair joking and collaborating in the studio, with their easygoing bond there to see.

This isn’t the first time the pair have collaborated, having previously teamed up on the likes of tracks ‘Candy’, ‘All I Know’ and ‘PILL BREAKER’.
To celebrate the release, the pair held an intimate listening session in LA, where they played the album track-by-track.
