Thornhill have shared their first new material of the year via the biting single ‘Viper Room’.
The track arrives via UNFD and marks the Melbourne band’s first new music since their ARIA-nominated 2022 album ‘Heroine’.
It arrives alongside an impressive, cinematic video that captures some of the track’s feverish edge – have a watch below.
Discussing the meaning of their new single, the band have said:
“Viper Room discusses a one sided urge to keep pursuing an individual out of stubborn lust and fear, even when given explicit warning to move on.”
Thornhill have solidified their reputation since the release of ‘Heroine’, which debuted at Number 1 on the Australian Album chart and has since amassed more than 8.5 million streams.
And the band are set to return to the UK next month as main support for Holding Absence.
