The brand-new track ‘Drift’ is the fifth single released ahead of the industrial metal band’s fourth album, following the release of tracks ‘Paralyze’, ‘Merchant of the Void’, ‘Slum Planet’ and ‘Scorpion’.

‘EndEx’ will be the band’s first LP in four years when it arrives September 22, and will be the follow-up to the L.A. band’s 2019 album ‘Metawar’.

‘Drift’ arrives with a music video that has a mixture of behind-the-scenes footage of 3TEETH in the studio and cinematic shots of them in the desert – have a watch and a listen to the tune below.

Describing the track, which makes for a more pared-back offering compared to the previous singles from the forthcoming album, the band’s vocalist Alexis Mincolla has said:

“Resignation is a testament to a life well-lived, a life unrestrained by fear or regret. It’s the final triumphant flicker in the lantern, the last traces of a wild, fiery spirit burning brilliantly against the encroaching darkness as we drift from the mundane reality of flesh and bone, to the spectral void where consciousness floats freely, unencumbered by the constraints of our physical existence.”

3TEETH are set to drop two more singles ahead of the release of ‘EndEx’ in late September.

The album will close with the band’s reworking of Tears for Fears classic ‘Everybody Wants to Rule the World’, following the band’s history of reworking well-known pop songs, as they’ve previously done with the likes of Foster the People’s ‘Pumped Up Kicks’, and Dead or Alive’s ‘You Spin Me Round (Like A Record)’.
