Empire State Bastard have dropped a video for ‘Tired, Naw?’ – a reworked version of ‘Tired, Aye?’ that’s even more ferocious than the original.
‘Tired, Aye?’ was already one of the heavy tracks on Empire State Bastard’s exceptional recent ‘Rivers of Heresy’ album.
But now they’ve taken it to a whole new level with the release of ‘Tired, Naw?’.
The Simon Neil and Mike Vennart project dropped their debut album at the beginning of September, and it’s one of the most fierce (and terrific) LPs of the year.
The brand-new video for ‘Tired, Naw?’ sees the pair team up with director and visual artist Mike Bourne, who last worked with the band for the truly epic visuals of ‘The Looming’.
Have a watch and listen to the latest track below.
Speaking of the video, ESB have said:
“We’re delighted to share the fully suited, original version of ‘Tired, Aye?’: ’Tired, Naw?’.
“The magical Mike Bourne has created another outstanding, mind-bending video for the song. It’s pure nightmare fuel. Sweet dreams.”
Having enjoyed a summer of instantly sold-out headline shows and festival slots at Glastonbury, Download, 2000trees and more, the band – flanked by drummer Dave Lombardo – are about to embark on a tour with special guests Benefits.
