GEL have announced they’ve signed to Blue Grape Music and shared details of their first EP under their new label home.
The New Jersey hardcore outfit’s new project, ‘Persona’, will land August 16 and follows the release of their debut full-length album, ‘Only Constant’, last year.
Having joined Blue Grape Music, the band can now count the likes of Code Orange and Spiritual Cramp as their labelmates.
The band’s first release for their new label – the forthcoming EP’s lead single, ‘Mirage’ – demonstrates just how ready the band are to kick things up a gear.

Speaking about the band’s forthcoming project, which was produced and engineered by Jon Markson, vocalist Sami Kaiser has said:
“We really wanted to fill out the songs more and make them more nuanced.
“It’s a step forward, it’s different, it’s catchy, but it still really sounds like us.”
And GEL will be continuing to make yet more strides this year, with a virtually non-stop touring schedule set for the rest of 2024, where they’ll be playing alongside the likes of Fiddlehead, Militarie Gun and Have Heart.
