Shinoda’s debut solo album, ‘Post Traumatic’ was written after the tragic loss of Linkin Park bandmate Chester Bennington in 2017.

As well as releasing a remastered version of the album, Shinoda is also set share a video for ‘Hold It Together’, which was the only track on the album that is yet to have a visual for it.

Announcing the news, Shinoda said of his debut LP and its new re-release:

“This album was one of the toughest + most cathartic + rewarding projects I’ve undertaken. In celebration, I will be releasing a new REMASTERED version of the album on all streaming platforms (out tonight).

“We also made a video for “Hold It Together,” (out tomorrow) which was the only track from the album that didn’t get a visual.

“I am so grateful to have been able to share these songs and perform them for you. Thank you, as always, for your support.”

As well as this remastered project, Shinoda has also released new material this year, having shared the track ‘In My Head’, featuring Arizona alt-pop singer Kailee Morgue, in March.

So, let’s throwback to this interview from the Rock Sound archive around the original release of ‘Post Traumantic’:
