Nascar Aloe Announces New EP With Single ‘Don’t 4Get Da Name’

Nascar Aloe has a new EP coming, ‘Hey Asshole’ – and has shared in-your-face single ‘Don’t 4Get Da Name’ ahead of its release. 

The forthcoming ‘Hey Asshole’ project is out on 26 May via Epitaph Records, and follows the North Carolina punk-rapper’s ‘American Wasteland’ album from last year.

Speaking about the new tune, Nascar Aloe has gone some way to explaining why it packs such a punch, even in its short runtime, saying: 

“It’s shouting at the kids that I still exist, as brash as possible. Even though I might be banned from Instagram and I don’t really care, I’m still making works of art like the rest of these social media-first artists.

“‘DONT 4GET DA NAME’ is full of frenzied aggressive energy, a texturally rich track that features a range of buzzing synths, noisy samples and aggressive rapping that showcases his mastery of experimental hip hop.”
